1. Who we are

Controller of personal data:

BRAZY PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL, LDA
Avenida José Gomes Ferreira, 9/9A, 4º, salas 41/42
1495-139 Algés, Portugal
Email: apps@brazy.gg

On Google Play our developer name is BRAZY PORTUGAL. Privacy questions go to the same inbox.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

It does not apply to Google Play, the App Store, or other third-party sites and platforms. Those have their own policies.

Some Games collect more than others. A puzzle with ads is not the same as an online simulator. If a store listing’s Data safety / App Privacy labels are more specific for that title, they still apply — this policy is the full written disclosure behind those labels.

3. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Games, keep them stable, show ads where a Game is ad-supported, process purchases, and answer you. We do not require a real name or home address to play.

3.1 You give us

We do not ask for payment card numbers. See Payments.

3.2 Collected automatically in the Games

Depending on the Game, platform, and your consent settings, we and our service providers may collect:

3.3 From others

We do not scrape your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera unless a specific Game asks for a permission and you grant it. Current Games do not need those permissions for core play.

4. How we use information

We do not use your data to train public AI models. We do not sell your personal data.

If GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

6. How we share information

We share data with:

Third parties that receive data from the Games must protect it at least to the standard described here and required by Google Play and Apple, and may use it only as needed to provide their service to us — unless they are independent controllers (ads/attribution), in which case their policy also applies.

Partners change over time. The current set for a title is reflected in that app’s Data safety / App Privacy labels. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly understood (money for a list of players).

7. Advertising, analytics, and tracking

Some Games contain ads and use mediation. SDKs may collect advertising IDs and usage signals to serve and measure ads (personalized where allowed, otherwise non-personalized / contextual).

You can limit this:

Analytics and crash tools help us see if a level is broken or the app crashes. They are not used to identify you in the real world.

Push notifications, if a Game uses them, are optional. You can disable them in the OS settings.

8. Payments

In-app purchases go through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We receive confirmation that a product was bought (and enough to restore it). We do not receive your full card number, bank details, or Apple/Google password.

Refunds are handled by the store under their rules.

9. This website

The studio site is static. We do not run accounts, marketing pixels, or ads on it.

The site does not set advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used by the host for security and load balancing.

10. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer if the law requires it.

To request deletion of personal data we hold, email apps@brazy.gg from the address you used, and tell us the Game and (if you have it) a player ID. We will process the request within 30 days unless the law allows more time. Some information we cannot delete (already-aggregated analytics, records we must keep, data only on your device).

Resetting your advertising ID in system settings stops future link-up of that ID; it does not uninstall the Game.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS), access limited to people who need it, and hosting with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that must be notified, we will do so as required by law.

12. International transfers

We are based in Portugal. Partners (stores, cloud, ads, analytics) may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where GDPR requires a safeguard, we rely on adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, plus the partner’s own transfer tools.

13. Children

Our Games are rated for a general audience (PEGI 3 / Everyone where applicable). They are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local digital-consent age), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in that age group.

We do not ask players for a date of birth, school, or parent email as part of normal play. If you are a parent or guardian and think a child has sent us personal data, write to apps@brazy.gg and we will delete it.

Ad-supported Games use age-appropriate advertising setups required by the stores and ad partners (including non-personalized ads where child-directed treatment is required). If a specific Game is ever enrolled in a kids program, its store listing and this policy will say so.

14. Your rights

Depending on where you live (in particular the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you may be able to:

Email apps@brazy.gg. We may need to verify the request (for example by asking which Game and device you use). You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal that is the CNPD. In the UK, the ICO. You may use the authority in your country of residence.

15. Additional US state rights

If you are in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information for money. Ad-supported Games may share identifiers with ad partners for advertising as described above. You can opt out via device / ATT / ads settings, and by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate right-to-limit notice under the CPRA.

16. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will change. For material changes we will post the new version here and, where appropriate, show an in-Game notice. Continued use of the Games or website after the update means the new policy applies.
